Offer Terms and Conditions
CTC Range: 2.04 Lakhs to 3.6 Lakhs per annum
1. Probation Period is 6 months starting from your joining date, after completion of the same you will be a permanent employee in the company.
2. Notice Period is 2 months, starting resignation date.
3. Increment will be done annually in April based on your performance.
4. Bonus will be credited annually to Diwali’s monthly salary as per your deductions.
5. There will be 2 years mutual agreement period – before completing 2 years in continuation with our company, you will not get any documents such as Experience Letter / Relieving Letter / Salary Slips etc. Working Days: 6 Days Working per week i.e. Mon to Sat
